Timberlake Mules
Bob and Ann Miller, Camp Point, Illinois

The Millers stand two Mammoth Jacks, ‘Really Dun It’ and ‘Braymoore’s Raven’ and raise mules out of their registered Quarter Horse mares. They have been very successful with their showing and breeding programs and are staunch supporters of FORAGE FIRST feeding programs. They feed programs including MOORGLO, SENIORGLO, GROSTRONG Minerals, Patriot Easy Minerals and Patriot Junior to the show Jacks and Mules and also PRO-VITA-MIN 20 tubs to the mares on pasture.

Really Dun It
, a 1999, 58” tall grulla dun Mammoth Jack, known as Artie, is the cornerstone of Timberlake Mules and the foundation of the breeding program. Artie is the 2003 and 2004 N.A.S.M.A. World Champion Mammoth Jack and the 2003 N.A.S.M.A. High Point Champion Halter Donkey. With Artie’s loud brindled striped legs, back dorsal stripe, cross, and dominant dun factor he’s got all the factors you could want for those buckskin/dun mules. His offspring benefit from his size, color and conformation and one of the nicest heads you'll ever see on a donkey. Artie has an exceptional disposition combined with a pleasing "want to" attitude.

Some of Artie’s other accomplishments include:

Bob and Ann are actively promoting FORAGE FIRST as they travel throughout the U.S. showing their donkeys and mules. They recently sold a mule to an out-of-state buyer and shipped her along with a ton of FORAGE FIRST feeds. The local dealer for her new owners has also been contacted to provide for her future needs.
